1. Pre - sale Consulting:Please confirm our customer service staff
of the style, size, quantity, production.
process requirement and customized patterns of customized
products,please call us, we will give you an accurate quotation.
2. Layout Design:After confirming the quotation,if typesetting is
required,we will contact the designer to design the sample.
3. Check the pattern:After our designer designs the draft according
to your requirements, we will give you the draft for reference, if
there is any need to improve,you can put forward to your
suggestions.
4. Confirm the final draft:After repeated communication and
modification, the final draft is determined, once determined,it can
not be changed.
5. Order to make:When confirming the final draft, we will make
them,if you need samples, we can provide, when finishing the
sample,we can send it to you.
6. Delivery:When finished,we will send the goods to you.
Packaging:
1. Clear plastic bag for products
2. 5 layer highest quality carton box (material: K737K)
3. 3 mm thick corner protector
4. Film wrapping for carton box

Shipping:
For samples forwarding, we recommend you to choose DHL, USP, FEDEX,

A: We can only do a simple design for you if necessary, but for
special design requirements,you should provide a sample.
Q3. What kind of format I should provide you for printing ?
A: Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF ,all are acceptable.
Q4. Can I get a FREE sample ?
A: Yes,we can proivide some free samples. If you need customize as
your design,sometimes you may pay sample charge especially boxes.
Q5. How Can I arrange shipment ?
A: 1) You can use your shipping forwarder, just give me their
email.
2) If you don't have, please advise the airport or sea port you can
work. We can give a quotation of freight as you requests.
